Jason Klementisz is currently the property valuations manager at Keystone Asset Management, a Lansdale, Pa.-based company specializing in customizable approaches to REO properties, default management and property valuation services. He has been with Keystone for the last eight years and manages the company's proprietary software systems and applications, oversees its vendor administration group and serves as project coordinator for Keystone's preservation program. Klementisz previously worked as an independent real estate appraiser.

BARRY BAKER
Barry Baker is vice president, default servicing, at Colonial Savings - a Texas-based lender that services approximately 100,000 loans in a $12.7 billion portfolio. His successful leadership and expertise has led his team of servicing professionals to win the Fannie Mae Circle of Excellence award in 2006 and Freddie Mac's Hall of Fame award from 2003 through 2006. Since 1998, Baker has led Colonial Savings' default servicing department with proficiency in loan counseling, bankruptcy, foreclosure, claims, loss mitigation, REO and legal/vendor relations. He also coordinates the revenue-risk analysis and recovery efforts for VA, FHA and all conventional loan programs, as well as for company-owned assets.

DENIS BROSNAN
Denis Brosnan is a partner of E-A-G Consultants LLC, a firm that advises clients on technology selection and implementation, strategic planning, organizational design, project management, marketing strategies and corporate governance. Brosnan began his professional career as a practicing attorney, representing mortgage servicers in lender liability, foreclosure and bankruptcy eviction actions in North Carolina and South Carolina. He also led the marketing efforts for the default services section of Rogers Townsend & Thomas PC, and later became executive vice president and general counsel of Prizm Technologies and AP3 Solutions. Brosnan, along with partner Jeff Brunell, formed E-A-G in 2004.
